Vermont gives you six months of golf. Members get twelve — a private indoor club capped at forty memberships, open around the clock, built on tour-grade simulation.
Be first in line for open-house dates and founding memberships.

The bay
Unreal Engine 5 graphics, a motion plate that tilts through 56,000 different lies, real fairway, rough, and bunker surfaces, auto-tee, and 300+ courses — 20 data points on every shot.

The green
A 21-by-13-foot green that projects your line, break, and pace in light at your feet and tracks every putt live — the AR system the PGA Tour trains on.

The calendar runs around the clock — reserve 5am before work or midnight after the kids are down.
For exactly your reservation window, so the building is only ever open to members with a booked session.
The bay is yours. Members bring up to three guests along at no charge.
The Founding Forty
Membership is capped at forty, so the founding forty are the club — every founding membership locks its rate for twenty-four months and skips the $150 initiation fee. Once the forty are in, the next member pays the published rate, $20 to $30 a month higher, plus initiation. Spots aren't on sale yet, and open houses run this November so you can hit the bay before you commit. The email list hears first about both.

For Chip
Chipper's Golf is named for Chip Wheeler — a passionate golfer who spent over 20 years as lead superintendent at Saranac Inn and co-owner of Morgan's Crossing. He passed in 2021; his brother Weston founded the club to carry on his love of the game.
Ten percent of every membership goes to the Vermont Golf Association and Adirondack Golf Course Superintendents scholarship funds, in Chip's name.
November 2026. Open houses run when we open, and email signups get the dates first.
Yes. Come to a November open house, hit the bay, and see the tech before you commit. Sign up for updates and you'll get the dates first.
Your membership covers off-peak play — no per-session fees. Members get up to two hours a day on the Golfzon Simulator and an hour a day on the PuttView Green, plus three peak Golfzon hours and two peak PuttView hours a month, and a 30-minute putting warm-up or cool-down included with every sim session, when the green is open. Beyond your included peak hours: Golfzon $30/hr · PuttView $15 per 30 min. You only pay for what you use.
No — think gym membership, not greens fees. Your monthly fee covers off-peak play entirely. The only thing that ever costs extra is peak time beyond your included hours — Golfzon $30/hr · PuttView $15 per 30 min — and peak or PuttView time on the Practice Pass, which has no included peak hours.
Weekday evenings 4–9 and weekends 12–10. Everything else — mornings, weekday afternoons, late nights, overnight — is off-peak, included with your membership up to your daily limit.
No. Your three peak simulator hours and two peak green hours reset at the start of each billing cycle — they're sized for a comfortable month of prime-time play, not to bank. Extra hours you buy beyond your included time are the exception: those never expire. Off-peak play doesn't draw from anything, so there's nothing to roll over.
Membership is one product with three ways to pay: $179/mo on a twelve-month commitment, $1,999 for the year up front (about $167 a month), or $229/mo month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual books off-peak time 1 month ahead, monthly 2 weeks ahead; peak slots open 7 days ahead for everyone. Same club, same included time whichever way you pay.
$99/mo for off-peak practice: an hour a day on the Golfzon Simulator and an hour a day on the PuttView Green, included, booked same-day, one reservation at a time, plus the 30-minute putting warm-up with a sim session. Solo play — no guests, and no included peak hours — though you can buy peak time anytime: Golfzon $30/hr · PuttView $15 per 30 min. It's the cheapest way into the club, capped at twenty, and it doesn't count against the forty.
Yes — Membership, whether billed annual or monthly, is hard-capped at forty. That's a permanent limit, not a launch promo. The Practice Pass sits outside that number, but the number of memberships sharing the club stays at forty.
The booking schedule runs around the clock. Reserve any hour, 5 a.m. or midnight. Your fob unlocks the door for the duration of your reservation, so the building is only ever open to members with a booked session.
Peak slots open seven days ahead for every member, whichever way you pay, and each member can hold up to 3 upcoming reservations at a time — so nobody can sweep the calendar a month out. With membership capped at forty, prime slots stay within reach.
Because membership is capped at forty, the founding forty are the club: every founding membership locks its rate for twenty-four months and pays no initiation fee. Once the forty are in, new members pay the published rate — $20 to $30/mo higher — plus a $150 initiation. Founding memberships aren't on sale yet; sign up for updates to hear the moment they open.
