Vermont gives you six months of golf. Members get twelve — a private indoor club capped at forty full memberships, open around the clock, built on tour-grade simulation.
Be first in line for open-house dates and founding memberships.

The bay
Unreal Engine 5 graphics, a motion plate that tilts through 56,000 different lies, real fairway, rough, and bunker surfaces, auto-tee, and 300+ courses — 20 data points on every shot.

The green
A 21-by-13-foot green that projects your line, break, and pace in light at your feet and tracks every putt live — the AR system the PGA Tour trains on.
Membership
Best value, for regulars
$179 / month
Same club, no commitment
$229 / month
Off-peak practice, lowest price
$99 / month
Run out of peak hours and you can keep booking at the standard rate — $30/hr on the sim, $15 per half hour on the green. You only pay for what you use. Full membership, Annual or Monthly, is capped at forty. Memberships go on sale when the club opens — the email list hears first.

The calendar runs around the clock — reserve 5am before work or midnight after the kids are down.
For exactly your reservation window, so the building is only ever open to members with a booked session.
The bay is yours. Full members bring up to three guests along at no charge.
The Founding Forty
Full membership is capped at forty, so the founding forty are the club — every original membership locks its rate for life while it stays active. If a spot ever opens up later, the next member in pays the published rate, $20 to $30 a month higher. Spots aren't on sale yet, and open houses run this November so you can hit the bay before you commit. The email list hears first about both.

For Chip
Chipper's Golf is named for Chip Wheeler — a passionate golfer who spent over 20 years as lead superintendent at Saranac Inn and co-owner of Morgan's Crossing. He passed in 2021; his brother Weston founded the club to carry on his love of the game.
Ten percent of every membership goes to the Vermont Golf Association and Adirondack Golf Course Superintendents scholarship funds, in Chip's name.
November 2026. Open houses run when we open, and email signups get the dates first.
Yes. Come to a November open house, hit the bay, and see the tech before you commit. Sign up for updates and you'll get the dates first.
Your membership covers off-peak play — no per-session fees. Full members get up to two hours a day on the simulator and an hour a day on the green. On top of that you get four peak simulator hours and two peak green hours a month, plus a free 30-minute warm-up or cool-down on the green with every sim session, based on availability. Beyond your included peak hours, sim time is a flat $30/hr and the green is $15 per half hour. You only pay for what you use.
No — think gym membership, not greens fees. Your monthly fee covers off-peak play entirely. The only thing that ever costs extra is peak time beyond your included hours — $30/hr on the sim, $15 per half hour on the green — and green or peak time on The Limited, which has no included peak hours.
Weekdays 4–9pm and weekends 12–10pm. Everything else — mornings, midday on a weekday, late nights, overnight — is off-peak, included with your membership up to your daily limit.
No. Your four peak simulator hours and two peak green hours reset at the start of each billing cycle — they're sized for a comfortable month of prime-time play, not to bank. Extra hours you buy beyond your included time are the exception: those never expire. Off-peak play doesn't draw from anything, so there's nothing to roll over.
The Annual is $179/mo on a twelve-month commitment with a one-month booking window, saving $600 a year. The Monthly is $229/mo, cancel anytime, with a two-week window. Same included hours either way.
$99/mo for off-peak practice: an hour a day on the simulator, free, booked the same day. One reservation at a time, no guests, and no included peak hours — though you can always buy peak or green time at the standard rate. It's the cheapest way into the club, and it doesn't count against the forty.
Yes — full membership, whether Annual or Monthly, is hard-capped at forty. That's a permanent limit, not a launch promo. The smaller Limited tier sits outside that number, but the number of full memberships sharing the club stays at forty.
The booking schedule runs around the clock. Reserve any hour, 5 a.m. or midnight. Your fob unlocks the door for the duration of your reservation, so the building is only ever open to members with a booked session.
Booking limits keep any one member from sweeping the calendar. Each member can hold up to 3 upcoming reservations at a time — and with full membership capped at forty, prime slots stay within reach.
Because full membership is capped at forty, the founding forty are the club: every original membership locks its rate for life, as long as it stays continuously active. If a spot is ever given up, the next member in pays the published rate — $20 to $30/mo higher. Founding memberships aren't on sale yet; sign up for updates to hear the moment they open.
